DCV-SPb is a control unit that consists of a pressure controller SPLb, a damper motor, and a damper. Units with a circular damper (Ø100-500) are factory-assembled. For other damper sizes, the damper, damper motor, and regulator are delivered separately.

The unit is configured to continuously operate in one of the following modes: Pressure Control, Pressure Control with External Measurement, Pressure Measurement, or Slave Control.

Features

• Accurate and rapid pressure control and measurement.
• Can regulate to the lowest pressure in the duct that provides sufficient flow in the most unfavourable diffuser by reading the diffuser’s opening degree. This minimizes noise levels. The most unfavourable diffuser can be moved to another part of the system depending on the load.
• Can pressure-optimize units using LINDINTELL. The damper's opening degree increases or decreases the pressure on the unit.
• Factory-calibrated pressure sensor.
• Can be connected via Node ID to a communication bus (CAN) for access and communication with other cooperating nodes.
• Parameters can be read and set via the network and/or directly on the control unit.
• Menu-driven commissioning after logging in to the controller.
• Can communicate with other systems via LINDINTELL or via Gateway NCE with Modbus TCP/RTU.
